For those planning to supply drinks to guests from your own supply, it’s important that the bottles are kept the correct temperature. Cold room tents or trailers - containing cold storage such as fridges and freezers - can be hired to keep bottles chilled and ice frozen. It is also useful to rent generators which keep the appliances running efficiently.
Beer, champagne and fridge hire is useful for most events and are used in marquees situated at a venue such as a hotel or stately home. Often, a large volume of bottles are kept at the venue, and then are transported from the hotel storage facility into the marquee. This way, guests can be served promptly and the host is able to maintain a steady flow of cold drinks, using the venue’s cold storage as a backup.

Deposits are requested to secure fridges. Should you wish to hire a beer, champagne or wine cooling fridge on a long term basis, the deposit will usually be used to cover the first month of rental.
